July 17, 2018 – The New York Liberty (7-14) visit the Dallas Wings (12-9) for their final regular season meeting today at 1 PM ET, in Arlington, Texas. The Liberty have built some momentum after snapping a three-game skid against the Connecticut Sun and earning consecutive wins when they defeated Chicago, 107-84 on Sunday. New York shot a season best 61 percent from the field, as the Liberty outscored the Sky 26-8 in the third quarter. Tina Charles tallied 21 points in the victory, while Brittany Boyd went for 14 points and dished out 10 assists. Dallas on the other hand will be looking to get back on track at home after having their five game win streak come to an end in Saturday night’s matchup with Seattle. In a tight game, Seattle managed to hold on for the 91-84 victory behind Breanna Stewart’s season-high 35 points and 10 boards. Also taking the court tonight is the Atlanta Dream (12-9) and the Connecticut Sun (12-10). Both teams are coming off wins and look to continue their success as teams begin to move into position to earn a ticket to the playoffs. This will be the first matchup between the two teams since the swap of Layshia Clarendon for Alex Bentley. The visiting Dream will be on the prowl for their fifth straight win after securing a home victory against the Washington Mystics. Brittney Sykes led Atlanta with 17 points, while Jessica Breland added 11 points and 10 rebounds in the win. Connecticut had a big win of their own, taking down the Minnesota Lynx on Sunday.
